A gathering house on the ocean block
Fourth Street Ocean House was made for groups that want to be together without being on top of each other. Three private suites give each family its own retreat; the top-floor living and dining open to the ocean view, and four decks wrap the house toward the water. A full kitchen, laundry, central air, beach badges, and parking for four to six cars make a big group easy — and the beach is right across the street.
